Calculator and shortlist

Calculator entries stay in page memory and are cleared when you leave or reload. We do not place them in web addresses or save them to a server. A printed or saved PDF is under your control. Shortlists store only school identifiers in your browser’s local storage. Remove saved schools or clear browser site data to delete them.

Basic usage measurement

We record aggregate daily counts for page visits, filter use, shortlist additions, completed rule checks, printed estimates, school-site clicks, and school inquiry submissions. These counts contain an event name, page path, and sometimes a school identifier. They do not include calculator answers, a persistent visitor ID, or an IP address in our analytics database.

These are event counts, not verified unique families. We reject obvious automated submissions and honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this launch.

School inquiries and privacy requests

If you submit our form, we store the name, school or organization, email, website/source link, request category, consent version, time, and reference number you provide. We use this to review your request and may respond about it. A request does not enroll you in a subscription. Do not submit child records, diagnoses, tax forms, or family financial information.

These records are stored in our Cloudflare database until we complete the request or receive a verified deletion request; routine deletion is handled manually at launch. Use the form’s “Remove my submitted contact information” option with the same email address to request deletion. We may verify the request before removing records.

Hosting and outside links

Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect this site. Its rate limiter may use your IP address to limit abusive submissions. We do not add that address to our application database. School websites and official program links have their own privacy policies. We do not control their forms or tracking.

Who operates the site?

Which Private School is an independent commercial guide operated by Peoples Ventures. It is not a government program, school, or nonprofit. No parent lead resale or school-directed parent inquiry form is active at launch.
